• Hands-on experience in Power Tools, Hand Tools, Abrasives, Cutting Tools, Industrial Equipment
• Field sales or B2B sales background is highly desirable
Key Skill Requirements:
• Strong understanding of industrial tools and products
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive selling skills
• Competent in planning, projection, and follow-up mechanisms
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Adept in stakeholder and relationship management
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements
• Comfortable managing dealer/distributor networks
Core Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth across assigned territory through consistent client engagement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors
• Actively promote company products and increase brand presence in the market
• Follow up with customers over calls, emails, and other channels as required
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions
• Ensure timely collections and maintain payment discipline with clients
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and participating in trade shows
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance metrics
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
• Continuously improve knowledge of market dynamics, product performance, and client needs
